Glendora Plumbing is owned and operated by Joe and Michael Babineau! A Father and Son team that has operated the business together for over 15 years. Joe took the business over from his Father, Lyle Babineau in 1990. Lyle was a Glendora Police officer in the 1950's when he decided to become a Plumber, because Plumbers made more money than Police Officers. He worked along side his Brother in Law Harold Silver who owned Tubbs & Silver Plumbing, (one of the first plumbing shops in Glendora). When Tubbs and Silver retired Lyle decided to buy GLENDORA PLUMBING & HEATING. Lyle worked along side his two sons, Tom and Joe until he passed away in 1990. Tom moved out of state and Joe decided to continue on with the Family Business. Generations of customers are served by GLENDORA PLUMBING & HEATING.
After 40 years of service Joe has decided to retire from turning wrenches, but is still active in the Office with his Son Michael. Michael has kept that close Home Town feel of the Company and has taken over his fathers spot as the "Friendly Glendora Plumber". Although GLENDORA PLUMBING & HEATING has lots of competition, there is only ONE Company named GLENDORA PLUMBING & HEATING! Since 1955 GLENDORA PLUMBING & HEATING has been in Glendora. It is now the oldest plumbing shop in the City and one of the last hourly rate shops around. We have succeeded by honesty and putting our Customers first.
